- Photos you upload: Hand photos you upload for AI nail design generation.
- Design preferences: Style tags and text inputs you enter during generation.
- Generated images: The AI-generated nail design images produced for you.
- Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
- Usage data: Generation counts, timestamps, and basic usage logs.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the AI nail design service.
- To manage your account and generation credits.
- To process payments via Stripe.
- To improve our AI prompts and service quality.
- To respond to your support requests.
4. Your Photos and Generated Images
Photos you upload are stored securely in Supabase Storage (hosted in Tokyo, Japan) and are only used to generate your requested nail designs. Your images are private by default and are not shared with other users or third parties, except as necessary to call the AI generation API (fal.ai).
You may request deletion of your uploaded images and account data at any time by contacting us.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate Nailify:
- Supabase — database and file storage (Tokyo region)
- fal.ai — AI image generation API
- Stripe — payment processing
- Vercel — website hosting
- Google — optional OAuth sign-in
Each of these services has its own privacy policy and data practices.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data and generated images for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or request data removal, we will delete your personal data within 30 days.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies only — for authentication session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
8. Children's Privacy
Nailify is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
